Customers in China, USA - BOPP

Our customer is located in China and the United States, and is a recycling granulation manufacturer specializing in NG (non-conforming) BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) products. They have their own NG products, and mainly use re-granulation technology to convert these non-conforming products into recycled products.

In our cooperation, the customer especially emphasized the need for recycling granulation technology, especially for thin-film three-in-one single-extruder (die head granulation) machines. To meet these needs, we provided advanced granulation machine technology to ensure that the customer can efficiently recycle and granulate, reaching a production capacity of one ton per hour, realizing the efficient recycling and reuse of NG products.

All models from CHUN TAI can online recycle excess and molded materials, processing them for refeeding. This not only reduces Earth's resource consumption but also lowers production costs for our clients.
