Customers in Taiwan - BOPP
Our customer is located in Taiwan and is a well-known manufacturer of BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) films. They have their own factory that focuses on recycling NG (non-conforming) BOPP products and uses re-granulation technology for efficient recycling.
In our cooperation, the customer emphasized their special needs for recycling granulators, especially for thin-film three-in-one single-extruder (die head granulation) machines. To meet these needs, we have provided advanced recycling granulation machine technology to ensure that the customer can efficiently re-granulate and reach one ton of production recycling, reducing waste of NG products.
All models from CHUN TAI can online recycle excess and molded materials, processing them for refeeding. This not only reduces Earth's resource consumption but also lowers production costs for our clients.
